The Istanbul Aviation Museum, aka Turkish Air Force Museum, (Template:Lang-tr) is a military-based museum for aviation, owned and operated by the Turkish Air Force. The museum is located in Ye?ilköy neighborhood of Bak?rköy district in Istanbul, Turkey. The area of the museum is Template:Convert

The museum not only presents various warplanes, helicopters and weapons used by the Turkish Air Force, but also civilian air transport and many samples of Turkish aeronautics history, starting from the Ottoman era.

The best way to get there from a city center is to take a train from Sirkeci station to Ye?ilköy. The trip takes ~40 minutes, the trains ride every 20 minutes.

The entrance fee for adults is Template:Turkish lira6.00 (August 2009) and camera usage fee is Template:Turkish lira3.00.

The museum is open between 9:00 and 16:00 hours, but Mondays and Tuesdays. Weekends and holidays, it is open from 9:00 to 17:00.
