Temple du Marais
Temple du Marais is a church located in the 4th arrondissement of Paris, in the district of Le Marais at 17 Rue Saint-Antoine. Famous for its architecture, it was built to the plans of François Mansart in 1632, who modelled them on the Pantheon in Rome and has a rotunda of Template:Convert in diameter. Its construction was overseen by the master mason contractor Michel Villedo.
It is the oldest church of the Order of the Visitation of Holy Mary, (an order founded in 1610 by Francis de Sales and Jane de Chantal).
